About this Item

First UK edition. Originally published in the US by Bobbs-Merrill in 1968. The boards have slight bumping to the top corners and a little light edge and surface wear but are otherwise clean and unmarked. Slight browning to the page edges. The front free endpaper has a date and the name of the original owner - this was Jimmy Altham, a Life Fellow of Gonville & Caius College, and a Professor of Philosophy at the University of Cambridge. The pages are otherwise unmarked. The jacket has creasing around the edges, light chipping to the corners and a little light surface wear. First printing. Seller Inventory # 021092

European Orders: Shipping costs are based on books weighing 800g. For European orders I have only quoted a price for air mail. Not all European countries have been added so your shipping may appear high. Please note that I will adjust the charge I make if this is the case and postage to Europe will be lower than the rest of the world. Other overseas orders: shipping costs are based on books weighing 800g. I will generally use whatever method is covered by the standard postage charge but if you specifically wish to have it sent surface or airmail or anything else please ask and I will amend the charge accordingly.
