Tight binding, clean interior. Orange boards with brown text and decoration; mild wear and bumping, edges slightly faded. DJ is preserved in mylar, has been clipped, top 2" of spine missing, moderate wear and soiling. Rough spot where owners name was erased on first endpaper, text unmarked. Beautiful map end papers The story of Jim Cook as told to T. M. Pearce. Frontis drawn by Clytie Oden of Jim (Lane) Cook, pioneer figure of the Llano Estacado (Staked Plain) and of the Old West and the XIT ranch in Texas. 269 pages.
