The Land Of Nod'. Promotional booklet of The Lace Web Spring Mattress Co, Sandiacre Nottingham, circa 1930's. Textured grey paper wrapper (190 mm x 165 mm) with colour linocut to front cover. PP.16. Atmospherically illustrated promotional narrative, together with technical details and prices, in praise of the 'Buoyant' Mattress, sewn in. Written and designed at the offices of C.W Hobson, St. James's Sq, Manchester, and printed at the Cloister Press, Heaton, Mersey. Slight crease to yapp edge of front cover, otherwise fine. A rare survival.
