Translated from the Spanish by Edith Grossman. ***Very good in forest-green cloth-covered boards with gilt titles to the spine. The boards are clean with just light handling marks. Head and tail of spine just slightly creased. Corners sharp. Page block edges unusually clean. Internally also very good, with a neat ownership name and date in ink on the front free endpaper. No creases or tears. No foxing. Pages clean. Spine tight with just a light vertical reading crease. No lean to the binding. ***In a very good colour illustrated dustwrapper, which has not been price-clipped, retaining the original publisher's printed price of £11.95 net. The dustwrapper is complete and undamaged, with just some light creasing at the extremities, mainly at the top of the spine. No chips or tears.
