Twenty-four color plates illustrate this tale of a little white girl which was an attempt by Grant Richards to replicate the success of volume IV of the same series, i.e. The Story of Little Black Sambo. This title being volume VVIII in "The Dumpy Books For Children" series of books. The condition of the book is NEAR FINE.
