Binding is tight, there is a dime-sized spot on the front cover, spine cloth is a bit tattered at top and bottom. Interior has no writing or marks other than previous dealer's price. An early analysis during the "roaring twenties" of the relationship of government to labor and industry, the existing legislation of the time, and how it might be changed to better mediate "industrial disputes."
