Add to basket12mo. Pp. 60. First edition of Wagner's essay on art and revolution. He had participated in the Dresden Revolution of 1848, and had fled to Zurich. It seems he felt that industry and commercialism were enemies of the arts. With a few spots to front cover, and light foxing, still a good to very good copy in printed wrappers.
