pp. [10], 17, [3]. Slim 8vo., measuring 255 x 180 mm. Publisher's original quarter-bound green cloth over illustrated pink paper boards. Charming black-and-white in-text illustrations, and line-drawings by Shepard. Musical scores, accompanied with printed lyrics. Light bumping to upper-right corner of the front board, else, extremities remain quite well-preserved. Single, very discreet (barely perceptible), short closed tear along the right margin of the ffep with the contents, otherwise, remaining equally withtout blemish with bright, clean, and unmarked pages and firm, sound binding; near fine and housed in its charming, original, unclipped, illustrated dustjacket showing a small loss to the lower-front panel (dustjacket now housed in protective mylar cover). A beautiful presentation indeed. Rare to be offered in commerce in this edition. Corresponds to Spadoni and Donnelly, Citation #798: "A Bibliography of McClelland and Stewart Imprints, 1909-1985" (#798, p. 241).
