Nick Cave is the only artist to emerge from the post-punk era whose career can compare with legends such as Bob Dylan or Van Morrison, with a string of acclaimed albums including Junkyard, The Boatman’s Call, and his most recent epic, Abattoir Blues / The Lyre of Orpheus.
Kicking Against The Pricks chronicles in depth these diverse personalities and the musical landscapes that Cave has inhabited, with a penetrating commentary on his themes and influences.
