A good to fair first edition hardcover copy of this scarce title in a poor dustcover which is now in a protective plastic sleeve. The dustcover is tatty and marked, there are marks on the book cover also. There is page end spotting which transfers to the pages but only at the edges. The spine is straight (with some light spine end rubbing), the binding is good and the text is mostly clean and bright. The fold-out maps are in very good order. Please see photos.
