Add to basket463 pp., selected bibliography, photographs, illustrations, facsimile documents, pictorial and mapped end papers, art portfolio, analysis and commentary by Ben T. Traywick. A fine, tight, sharp cornered, unblemished copy in a fine bright, unblemished dust jacket. This copy belonged to Glenn G. Boyer and contains his caustic and sarcastic annotations throughout related to the content of the book, the author, and contributors. Such commentary was typical of Glenn G. Boyer perhaps because many of his writings were taken to task. Obviously his comments, some very scathing, are those of a very bitter, angry man and actually say more about him and his character, or lack thereof, than the author's! The author, the late Michael Hickey did not purport this volume to be fact but said it is a tale of the Old West based on fact and speculative information. It is a good read and makes the reader think alternatively about the death of John Ringo. A COLLECTIBLE ASSOCIATION COPY. A large heavy book, extra shipping charges may be required depending on the buyer's location.
