"The destruction of Japananese shipping by American forces was one of the most potent causes of Japan's devastating defeat in World War II. This unique book tells the complete story from the Japanese side for the first time. It explains vividly how the warrior-ethic of Japan's national character paradoxically hastened the rupture of its sea arteries until it could no longer fight." -- Edward S. Miller, Author of War Plan Orange: The U.S. Strategy to Defeat Japan, 1897-1945. (Note: Photos may show a flash reflection.) Paypal always welcome.
