Ingalton Drake; spines with contrasting morocco lettering-pieces; marbled page edges and endpapers; vol. I with a portrait frontispiece and 5 maps, vol. II with 4 illustrations and 3 maps (one of these a folding map at the rear); printed footnotes; appendices and index. Printed by Spottiswoode and Co. Condition: VERY GOOD. Bindings tight and secure having been neatly rebacked with the original spines retained.
