Promotes Johnson County, Wyoming as "The home of the ideal rancher and stockman -- Buffalo, an unsurpassed retail market, a strong banking center, and the logical business hub of a rich territory." The county was named after E. C. Johnson, an attorney-at-law at Cheyenne. Additionally we learn of the first county commissioners, the population at the time the county was created, principal streams, the leading industries, the cattle and sheep industry, the natural resources such as coal, oil, minerals, banking, prominent citizens, etc. A section on Kaycee, a prosperous little village in the heart of a large and wealthy stock raising and agricultural district that is also rich in undeveloped mineral resources. Very good copy.
