About the Author

Charles A. Crenshaw, MD (1933-2001) is coauthor of JFK: The Conspiracy of Silence and Trauma Room One. He was a resident physician at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas, in the 1960s. He later became professor of clinical surgery at Southwestern Medical School in Dallas.Jens Hansen is coauthor, with Charles A. Crenshaw and J.
