New York: Metro Books, 2000. First Edition and First Printing (number line starts with '1'). Quarto, photo-illustrated jacket, light buff boards with gilt spine imprinting, light buff endpapers, 128 pp. Replete with vintage photographs. Fine flawless first printing book in a Near Fine jacket which is as near to fine as near fine gets. No chips, cuts etc whatsoever; some trace of adhesive price-sticker residue at bottom right of cover, but this can only be felt, not seen; and the fold at front flap isn't quite as sharply defined as it presumably was once. See scans. L-FLTHC.
