Tipped in at the title page is the original printed paper reading: "My best thanks are due to Mr. C. J. H. Tolley, of University College Oxford, amateur champion, for permission to use the portrait of him on the cover." Eps slightly toned from pastedown offset else clean bright copy including the unblemished colorful cover illustration of Tolley. This copy is protected in a clear, fitted jacket.
