Hard cover book in fair- condition. No dust jacket. Signfiicant damage to head and foot of spine and to corners of boards with losses of cloth. Boards generally mottled and grubby. Spine faded. Book badly shaken with front and rear hinges cracked and hinges cracked throughout with webbing visible. Several signatures are loose in binding. Gilt tops with spotting to other edges of text block. Foxing to lightly tanned pages and illustrations throughout. A couple of very small possible wormholes inside rear board. All illustrations present as listed, however a couple of the full-page illustrations are almost totally detached from binding. Rear free endpaper is partially detached. This is a heavy book and would require extra postage for overseas delivery. 4to. 90pp plus 37 full page illustrations and 40pp catalogue to rear. Seller Inventory # 31249
