[viii],197,[1],+[2]pp. ads. �The author's final volume of verse - a collection of his periodical publications - comprising a 136 page blank-verse drama set in Israel, and various other pieces of varying length. Copies at BL, Cambridge, Bodleian, National Library of Scotland, and National Trust. Not in Kohler. Original blue cloth, gilt lettering, gilt and blind decoration, beveled edges. Spine sunned to a darker shade of blue, some discoloration to edge of boards, in other respects a very good copy, with ink presentation inscription to front free endpaper from Father J.B. Wills - seemingly "one of at least two sons of [the author]' (ODNB) - to his own daughter, dated June 1882. Seller Inventory # 21030
