About the Author: Geoff Lumb lives in Huddersfield and is a noted transport historian and photographer. He has compiled a number of books for Ian Allan Publishing, including Ian Allan Transport Library: British Trolleybuses 1911-1972 and Heyday of the Bus: Yorkshire. He is also the author of English Electric Tramcar Album, which is due to be published in late 1998.
