Page 32 of this 79 page volume offers you Avocado a la Butler. Hint : it involves sour cream, walnuts and shrimp. You might also try Timbale of Veal, Burbot in Pepper Sauce, or Moussaka. (You know , the Swedish version.) Cond : Boards are white with black lettering. I presume that's Mr. Butler seated at the table - ready to eat. Among his accompaniments: a lit candle, broken bread, and red wine. End-papers are red. Issued w/o dust jacket (??). Cover has a bit of kitchen soiling - a good sign ! Spine fine, colours bright. No names, marks, nor tears. Hard-to-find ! ! Quote (p. 14) : " When the meat has roasted for1 hour and 15 minutes, place the turnip cubes around it, sprinkling them with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Add 2 dl ._._._. .' Size: Quarto.
