Not to be confused with the Grosset & Dunlap reprint of this title. Book is bright, tight and clean. Binding and hinges are strong and sound. Attractive, original and rare DJ with $5.00 price intact on flap. DJ shows multiple open chips, scuffing, and a small closed edge tear. Underneath the DJ's front flap, on the front pastedown, is a unique previous owner's inscription in old ink, "read on SS Norma II, March 2, 1933, Long Key, Florida." Black cloth stamped in gold. This is the Wall Street classic that takes an in depth look into one of the most influential financial institutions in U.S. History.
