First edition. 8vo. Original green cloth blocked in black. Dust-jacket. A remarkably scarce and obscure weird-mystery thriller by Scottish-Canadian 'Bard of the Yukon'. Unfortunately the jacket would appear to have resided on a bookshelf in the House of Fear for a tad too long due to its traumatised condition, but rare nevertheless! Inscription to owner on half-title, one page creased, previous owner's ink-stamped name to front pastedown, free endpaper and fore-edge of text-block; small section of jacket's reinforcing paper adhered to upper cover of binding, mild rubbing to extremities; jacket partly reinforced but in poor condition, with sections missing, creasing, stains and chips, reinforcements visible at spine and upper fore-edge.
