Folio. 450 pages, xxx "Supplement to Richland District, Ohio County", [1] page advertisement "Condensed Chart, and Specimens of Rolling Stock, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati and St. Louis Railway." Brown cloth hardcover with gilt title and blind stamped decorations on the front cover. Burgundy cloth spine with gilt title. Illustrated with color map of the Pan-Handle and numerous full page black and white engravings. Covers are shelf worn and corners bumped. Thin crack on the front outer joint. Cloth spine creased with light edge wear head and base. A few of the pages in front have edge tears including the title page. Scattered light foxing to the text. Text block mostly sturdy with exception of cracks page 42 with pages 43, 44 starting to detach. Also pages 152, 153 starting to detach. More thin cracks to the text block but the majority of the text block is sound. some light pencil x marks in the margins early pages. A fair to good copy.
