Item description from seller

See photos for condition details. Hardcover, original binding is heavily worn and stained, paper label on spine is mostly gone and there's a large section missing at the bottom boards are starting to split at the hinges. The boards also have a very faint warp to them. The exterior is rough, but there are no major hinge issues with the interior text pages, which are all still secure. There is quite a bit of toning and foxing throughout and the pages have a bit of ripple to them, along with a couple small stains, such as on the lower edge frontispiece. The only handwriting found in the book is the name of the original owner and the date 1821 written at the top of the title page. PLEASE NOTE: this is volume II ONLY of the two-volume set.
