Two volumes, each with original cream dust-jackets with lettering in blue. Some rubbing, chipping/discolouration, now neat inside clear protective covers. Volume I Manor and Borough to 1865, Volume II Borough and City 1865-1938. Books smartly bound in blue cloth with gilt title on spines and gilt emblems, front and back. No inscriptions, markings or book plates. Hinges tight, pages smooth and clean. Pocket at back of each volume to hold total of 4 fold-out maps, each appears unopened. With photographic plates and illustrations. A very good, handsome set. May incur additional postage charges overseas. Seller Inventory # 033812
