A brief background of the area, followed by a proposal for the founding of the Yorktown Country Club. Given permission to incorporate, the proposed club has 'solemnly undetaken to restore the famous battlefield.' Small tan stain page two else clean throughout. Uncommon. Covers protected in mylar.
