Item description from seller

Central New Yorkers will certainly enjoy this series of essays or stories about: "The Historic Mohawk" by Mary Riggs Diefendorf, which provides general insights about what happened in this area, prior to the Nineteenth century. The book is bound in finely ribbbed, dark green boards with gilt titles on cover and spine. It is well illustrated; please see the photos of the Table of Contents and the List of Illustrations. Condition: This book is in very good condition. The hard covers are generally clean and very presentable, with just some minor bumping to the corners and spine tips. Inside, two former owners have left their names but one of them is in light pencil and could probably be erased. The interior pages are clean and bright, without toning or foxing. Both hinges are intact and the binding is tight and sound. This book is not ex-library or a remainder.
