Oblong 8vo. Unpaginated. Green cloth with red and orange decorations and lettering on the front board. Illustrated with numerous reproductions of photographs of life on the Hawaiian Islands. Subject include Queen Liliuokalani, recreation being enjoyed by young Hawaiian boys, landscape scenery, and the imperialist, Sanford Dole. A colonial view of Hawaii, capturing the islands' transition from independence to becoming a U.S. territory. A Good or better example with light soiling and wear to the cloth and the front hinge showing a minute crack but holding strong. Seller Inventory # 00009907

Green cloth, embossed decorated cover. Text block is staple bound, Front cover is pulled away from the text block (see photos) but text block is not loose, it is still soundly attached to rear cover.
