Full page+ illustrated article on comets: several engravings of comets, including two of Donati's, one each of Coggia's and Encke's, as well as one as seen by a Professor Draper on June 27, 1881, and one comparing several comets. Plenty of text with that. Mammoth two-page engraving of Rochester Cathedral [England], and a large 3/4 page engraving of an equestrian woman rider jumping; others. VG condition.
