- Quarto, 11-5/8 inches high by 9-7/8 inches wide. Hardcover, bound in creamy white buckram titled in black on the spine. The covers are slightly rubbed and soiled with some minor crayon markings to the front cover. 316 pages, profusely illustrated in color and black & white. The top edge of the book is soiled. There are substantial glue stains and paper remnants to the rear endpaper and pastedown. Good. First American edition.
