Complete in 51 volumes. First edition. Printed in 1909-1914. First edition set. Printed in 1909. Set is complete. These are the original maroon gilded cloth bindings. Not leather. Set is only in good condition for the age. If condition matters I have sets in better condition. Set has a lot of generalized wear, extremity abrasions. Some looseness from use. Some stains. Some uneven discoloration as shown in the pictures. Scuffs. Abrasions. Volume one has stains to the front cover as shown in the pictures. Generalized wear. Set is photogenic. It has more wear and looseness than shows in the pictures. In good condition For the age. Some generalized shelf wear. Some looseness or internal hinge paper splitting. Volume one had no writing. I didn't check every volume. First edition set. Printed in 1909. Set is complete. These are the original maroon gilded cloth bindings. Not leather. Set is in extremely good condition for the age. It has extremity abrasions and shelf wear. This set is highly photogenic. I tried showing details of the extremity abrasions and shelf wear. This set has more wear than shown in the pictures. These display well on a bookcase. Some extremity damage. Set is over 100 years old. If condition is critical, I have sets in better condition. This set has some condition flaws but still displays well as a complete antiquarian set. Please be comfortable with the condition before purchasing this set. Customer satisfaction is important to me.
