Add to basketFirst Printing of the First UK edition. A VG, square and reasonably tight copy. Free from owner names or library markings etc. The corners are bumped and spine tips pushed but structurally in nice shape. A couple of large spots at the fore-edge accompanied by 4 or 5 smaller ones and the block has sustained a bump at the bottom of the first 50 pages or so there is a minor crease to the bottom of the lower corners.A very acceptable copy nonetheless. The dustjacket is unclipped with a nick at the crown and at the top edge of the front flap. Small stain at that last place as well and minor browning along the top edge of the flaps. and on the inside surface of the jacket. In the accompanying image the spine of the dustjacket appears to have faded b ut that is just a trick of the light, in fact the colours are unfaded and the jacket presents well. Not a Fine copy but now a book that is hard to find in any condition.
