About the Author
Dr. Rybak is an Associate Professor at Bradley University and is a specialist in group work. He teaches group counseling, counseling diverse populations, practicum and internship in counseling, theories and techniques of counseling, and pre-practicum in counseling. He has served as the Director of the ELH Counseling Clinic, and was the President of the Illinois Association for Specialists in Group Work. He has received awards for innovative teaching and integrated learning, a research award, and a Fulbright scholarship. Dr. Chen is an Associate Professor at Northeastern Illinois University. She teaches group counseling, individual counseling, grief counseling, and stress management. She has received many awards, the most recent being the Faculty Excellence Award from Northeastern Illinois University for the third time. She has co-authored a book on Individual Counseling as well as many published journal articles.
