A very good copy of this French language survey of the history of dolls, translated from the German into French by Rodolphe Savoie. Dust Jacket: laminated photographic cover with colour portrait of a baby doll and white lettering on a black ground to the front and spine and colour photo of a child portrait miniature on black ground to rear; in good condition for its age, some bumping and erosion to all edges but otherwise intact, clean and bright (now protected). Cover: off-white cloth with red design to front and lettering to spine; in very good condition, just the slightest darkening to edges and top and bottom of spine. Internally: very clean and tightly bound, with just the slightest age darkening to page edges. No inscriptions.
