Item description from seller

A scarce title being the second English-Cree grammar instruction, following that of Joseph Howse, which the author here calls "not of great utility" in the preface. The author then seems at the time of this publishing not to have been aware of Lacombe's Grammarie Cris, or thought it not worth mentioning, being French. Book is about very good, showing rubbing toning commensurate with age, a bend to the front board evident even at the paste down, but remains in bright, readable and desirable condition. Green cloth with black titles, (viii) plus 238 pages. Satisfaction guaranteed. Additional photos always available on request. Shipped in a fitted, padded box.
