First edition. No additional dates, editions or printings indicated. Near fine hardback in very good, if not very good plus dust jacket ($3.95). Book has trivial, if not barely noticeable age-toning to covers/edges; trivial wear to spine; and what may be a rubber-stamped signature (2.75 inch by 1/2 inch) to front free endpaper. Dust jacket folds and edges are INTERNALLY REINFORCED with what is perhaps archival quality tissue. Dust jacket has a 3/4 inch chip to heel of spine; a 3/8 inch chip to head of spine; a 1.5 inch by 1 inch chip to lower edge of rear panel at spine; moderate additional wear/creases to rear panel; and minor additional wear to edges, fore-edge corners of front panel, fore-edge folds and rear spine fold.
