The author, who was Goebbels personal assistant, kept a secret diary which he managed to smuggle out of Berlin just before the Russian advance. In it he describes Goebbels reaction to many events together with those of the Nazi hierarchy including Hitler. Introduction by D. McLachlan.Sturdy black boards with gilt wording on spine. Some dust spots and light foxing to page edges. Dust jacket in fair condition, outer edges rubbed.A very small corner section on rear is missing. Also small pen mark on lower inside flap. NOT price clipped. DJ protected in loose fitting cellophane. Size: 192mm x 130mm 234 pages. Several monochrome plates. First flyleaf stamp embossed.
