The First (1st), AND ONLY, Printing of the First Edition, with the following note on the sheet before the title page: "This first edition of Giacomo Joyce with four full-scale facsimile pages from the manuscript and reduced reproductions of the other pages, published on January 1, 1968, is limited to one printing for world distribution and the text will not be reprinted in this form." Fine condition. No slipcase. The Text Block is clean, white, tight, straight and square with no markings of any kind. The Binding is red eighth cloth to gray boards, colors uniform throughout with no wear, title on sticker to the front board, gilt title, etc., on lightly faded spine, white endpapers unmarked but for a short red pen marking on the front free endpaper, and all corners square and sharp. A posthumously published notebook centered on one of Joyce's female students when he was teaching in Trieste (1911 - 1914).
