Near fine in red buckram covered boards with gilt text on the spine. A small octavo measuring 8 by 5 3/8 inches with the front paste down illustrated with a road map of the state. There are two small brown spots on the fore edge of the text block. In a very good, unclipped (no price) dust jacket with several small, shallow chips at the head of the spine area and small chips over the tips of the boards. 559 pages with index, bibliography, chronology, text, maps and photographs throughout. The fold-out map appearing in the rear pocket of the first edition was not produced with this printing as there is no map or pocket at the rear of the text. Seller Inventory # TB33765
