F�LIX PINTO R. Naci� en Bucaramanga, Colombia, y realiz� estudios, obteniendo el t�tulo de Tecn�logo en Topograf�a. Posteriormente funda a sus compa��as, TOPOEQUIPOS, e igualmente, en Per�, Panam� y Usa-Geosurvey Equipment Corp. Se asocia a la sociedad de top�grafos y cart�grafos de los Estados Unidos. Es elegido Presidente de la Sociedad Colombiana de Top�grafos, la cual preside durante cinco (5) a�os; y posteriormente es elegido Presidente de la C�mara Colombiana de Top�grafos Contratistas, durante algo m�s de dos (2) a�os. Llega al Concejo de Bogot�, Distrito Capital, y preside la Comisi�n del Plan. Realiza estudios, obteniendo el t�tulo de Ingeniero Topogr�fico. Integra la comisi�n de competitividad por Bogot� y Cundinamarca. Se vincula a la Sociedad Colombiana de Ingenieros, y es Ponente e Ide�logo de la Comisi�n T�cnica de Geom�tica; siendo elegido Presidente en los dos per�odos subsiguientes. Tambi�n es Directivo de la Sociedad Colombiana de Ingenieros, como Vocal Nacional, y del Club de Ingenieros; en sus segundos per�odos. Ha trabajado por la anticorrupci�n. f@felixpinto.com
