Published in 1828, this is the First Edition of this dictionary on Ancient Greek Language, bound in an old half vellum binding, with red page edges, 9 inches tall approx, 934 pages. Book bears the armorial bookplate of its original owner John Rowden Freme of the Wepre Hall Estate at Shotton. CONDITION The vellum is noticeably darkened (photography under lighting does make it appear brighter than to the naked eye) some wear to the marbled paper and slight loss to the spine title label else binding is in good solid condition, internally noticeable foxing to a few pages, there is a small section of creased page corner tips, and a few of those have small holes in them (see last picture) else contents in good general condition.
