First Edition. An Inspector French detective story. VG+VG in bright green woven cloth stamped in black with faint rubbing to the spine ends. In a lightly worn dustjacket which has some creasing to the top and bottom of the spine and a closed 1/4" vertical tear at the center top of the front panel. With the original dustjacket price of "$2.00" at the top of the inside front flap. With two scuff marks to the rear panel. Scarce in dustjacket. First Edition.
