Very Good condition Hardcover Octavo with no dust jacket, 1949, presumed 1st edition. Ink stamp on PDE reads 'This Book is a sample, given free for examination purposes. Laidlaw Brothers Chicago'. On spine, the name McClure can be read under the name Ryan. Spine cocked. Boards a bit soiled, with bumped corners. Page edges somewhat soiled, but interior is very clean and solid. In my considered opinion, these little books should be reprinted and widely distributed. NOT A REPRINT! Printed in 1949 RARE EDITION Size: 8vo - over 7" - 9" tall.
