One of a series (#5) of Eyeball Animation books for young children, with wonderfully protruding eyes encased in clear plastic that stare out at the reader as the characters change with the turning pages. The characters here are all birds or other feathered beings, both real & imagined. A FIRST EDITION, First Printing, from 1998. Unpaginated, this hardcover 4to has brightly colored paper over boards, with sturdy, heavy-duty pages (like a board book). Condition is VG+: exceptionally clean & bright, marred only by 1) rubbing & bumping to all corners, worn down to underlying boards at some, & 2) a short 1/5" tear to bottom of title page ascending vertically, mild crease to top outside corner of same page. Our photos depict the Exact book you will receive, never "stock" images of books we don't actually have! Same Day Shipping on all orders received by 2 pm Weekdays (Pacific); later orders, Weekends & holidays ship very next business day.
