Slight foxing to front blank, title page and volume title page. Also foxing to back end papers. Age toning throughout. Corners have been rounded so little bumping. Volume III (only) 349 pages. One of the Waverly novels. Set in London in 1623 or 162,it cenres on the Scottish Community in London. Seventeenth century historical novel. Published concurrently in Edinburgh by Constable and in London by Hurst, Robinson and Co. on 29th May 1822. As with all the Waverley novels before 1827 publication was annonymous. If a customer is not satisfiid, we will return anything they have paid wiif a case is made within 14 days of receipt. Any case based on material known to the purchaser (ie in the description on our site) will not be counted.

We will pack according to size of shipment, value of book and any instructions from the purchaser. If a product is very valuable we will post registerd or by special courier, however most books will be sent by ordinary Royal Mail.
