Full tan cloth, front cover pictured by Charles Livingston Bull, colors in green, brown, and white, of a Native American squatting by a tree, overhead three geese in flight. Binding in near fine condition (title letters on spine faded), illustrated endpapers partly toned by jacket flaps, otherwise interior very good plus, few minor spots, owner's name stamped on both pastedowns and at end of text, few page edges slightly frayed where poorly opened. Pictorial jacket repeating cover illustration frayed, few brief chips, both flaps list other published books, rare joint fold split. Title page printed in sepia and black with illustration and design by Charles Livingston Bull, who also provides 6 full-page illustrations on coated stock. Uncommon. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 125 pages.
