Grey cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine, Very Good to Near Fine — corners sharp, no bumping, fraying, or staining to boards. In the original dust jacket, price-intact (35s net, not price-clipped) — jacket is Good to Very Good- with chipping and loss to the spine head and wear to one lower corner; colours otherwise bright and unfaded. Traces the life of Benjamin "Bugsy" Siegel, the bootlegger who helped build the Las Vegas Strip and was murdered in 1947. Basis for elements of the 1991 film Bugsy starring Warren Beatty.
