First edition 1st printing, Near Fine, unread book with pushing at spine ends; in a Very Good to Near Fine dust jacket with light edge and corner wear, some color loss spine ends, corners, and along flap folds, couple of light overwrite impressions and just a touch of rubbing. This is Pelecanos first mystery and features Nick Stefanos. Stefanos is a very hard-drinking appliance and electronics salesman in Washington D.C.
