A left-stapled transcript measuring 5-3/4" by 8-1/2" and containing 20 pages including front and rear covers. The transcript number, in order of telecast, was compiled and maintained by SECA commencing with the program's move to the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) in 1971 although the number does not appear in the issue. This is the transcript of the Firing Line program taped at WETA in Washington, D.C. on December 20, 1973, and originally telecast on PBS on January 6, 1974. Hosted by William F. Buckley, Jr., the topic was "The Future of the GOP"; the guest was Elliot Richardson, former Attorney General of the United States. The panelists, all from Prince George's Community College, were: Gene Yannon, Instructor in Political Science; Joan Murray, Assistant Professor of English; and, Bruce Dudley, Assistant Professor of History.
